Union Bank of India Board recommends Dividend of Rs. 1.90

The Board of Directors of Union Bank of India at its meeting held on May 13, 2022, has recommended a Dividend of Rs. 1.90 per Equity Share of Rs. 10 each for Financial Year 2021-22. The payment of Dividend is subject to obtaining the necessary statutory approvals and the approval of the shareholders of the Bank at the ensuing 20th Annual General Meeting (AGM).

Shares of Union Bank of India was last trading in BSE at Rs. 36.20 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 33.70. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2255221 in over 4742 trades.
