Archit Organosys Limited recommends final dividend of Rs. 0.75

The Board of Directors of Archit Organosys Limited at their meeting held on Thursday, 12th May, 2022 has recommended a final dividend of Rs. 0.75 per equity share (7.50%) of Rs. 10/- each for financial year ended March 31, 2022.

The dividend, if declared by the shareholders in the of the ensuing 29th Annual General Meeting General Meeting of the Company shall be paid to the shareholders within 30 days from the date of Annual General Meeting.
