Windlas Biotech Limited recommends dividend of Rs. 3.50

The Board of Directors of Windlas Biotech Limited at its meeting held today, i.e. on Thursday, May 12, 2022, has considered and recommended a Dividend of Rs. 3.50/- per Equity Share of face value of Rs. 5/- each (@70%). The said dividend, if declared by the Members of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM), will be credited/despatched within three weeks of the conclusion of said AGM.
