Kaycee Industries Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 50

The Board of Directors of Kaycee Industries Ltd at their meeting held on Thursday, May 12, 2022 has considered and recommended a Final Dividend of Rs. 50/- (@ 50% ) per Equity share of Rs. 100/- each for Financial Year ended March 31, 2022 subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
