Vimta Labs Ltd recommends dividend of Rs. 2

The Board of Directors of Vimta Labs Ltd at their meeting held on Thursday, May 12, 2022 have recommended Dividend of Rs 2 (Rupees two only) per share with face value of Rs.2 each for the financial year 2021-2022, subject to approval of shareholders in their ensuing Annual General Meeting.
