Caplin Point Laboratories Limited declares interim dividend of Rs. 2

The Board of Directors of Caplin Point Laboratories Limited at its meeting held on May 13, 2022 has, declared an Interim Dividend of Rs. 2/- (100%) per equity share of Rs.2 each for the financial year ended March 31, 2022.

The board also fixed May 24, 2022 as Record Date for determining the eligibility of the Shareholders for the purpose of Interim Dividend.
