Cholamandalam Financial Holdings Ltd recommends dividend of Rs. 0.55

The Board of Directors of Cholamandalam Financial Holdings Ltd at their meeting held on Wednesday, May 11, 2022, have approved the recommendation of dividend @ 55% being Rs. 0.55/- per equity share of face value of Rs. 1/­ each for the year ended March 31, 2022 out of the profits of the company. The dividend will be paid within 30 days from the date of the AGM (i.e. on or before September 08, 2022), upon approval by the shareholders at the ensuing 73rd AGM.
