Gensol Engineering Limited Secures new orders of 15 MWp

Gensol Engineering Limited ("The Company") has in the months of April and May, 2022 in normal course of business, received purchase orders from our reputed clients for the development of solar power projects aggregating to a capacity of around 15 MWp in the states of Goa, Gujarat and Punjab. The cumulative order value of these projects is pegged at over Rs. 37,50,00,000.00 (Indian Rupees Thirty Seven Crores and Fifty Lakhs Only) exclusive of taxes.

All these projects are for captive use of the clients and, thus, will cut down their dependence upon grid and are expected to reduce emissions approximately to the tune of 21903 Mt CO2 annually. All these projects are slated for commissioning during the next six months.

Shares of Gensol Engineering Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 331.80 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 349.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 12768 in over 18 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 334.30 and intraday low of 331.80. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 4237858.00.
