Sarthak Metals Limited approves recommendation of Rs. 1

The Board of Directors of Sarthak Metals Limited at their meeting held today, i.e., May, 11th 2022, considered and approved the recommendation of dividend of Re 01/- (Rupee One Only) per equity share of the face value of Rs 10/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2022, subject to approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
