Zensar Technologies Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 3.50

The Board of Directors of Zensar Technologies Ltd at their meeting held on Tuesday, May 10, 2022 approved the recommendation of final dividend at INR 3.50 (175%) per equity share of INR 2.00 each, for FY 2021-22, subject to approval by Members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting ('AGM').

Shares of Zensar Technologies Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 285.40 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 292.35. The total number of shares traded during the day was 46522 in over 1896 trades.
