Vipul Organics Limited changes corporate office to Kaledonia, Sahar Road, Andheri East

Vipul Organics Limited, the BSE listed (VIPULORG / 530627) leading Specialty Chemicals company in the pigments and dyes segment, has announced the moving of its corporate office to a much larger commercial space.

Earlier, the registered office and the corporate office were housed together at Andheri Industrial Estate, Andheri West, Mumbai, but now the corporate office has been shifted to Kaledonia, Sahar Road, Andheri East, while the registered office remains at the original address.

The corporate office has been shifted to a much larger commercial office space, measuring an area of around 5700 sqft at Kaledonia in keeping with the increased head count and major focus on expansion.

Mr. Vipul Shah, MD, Vipul Organics says, "Shifting to a new, larger corporate office is in line with our vision to grow the company manifold in the coming years. The new office will provide our employees with better infrastructure and work environment, motivating them to contribute even more to the company's growth."

Recently Vipul Organics has undertaken substantial Capital Expansion to create increased capacities and the company is also in the process of hiring a bigger talent pool. The larger space will bring all the people under one roof providing a robust and seamless workspace, leading to better efficiencies of human capital.

Shares of Vipul Organics Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 170.55 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 173.20. The total number of shares traded during the day was 6397 in over 162 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 180.00 and intraday low of 169.15. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1099943.00.
