Ajanta Pharma Ltd board approves 1:2 bonus issue

The Board of Directors of Ajanta Pharma Ltd at their meeting held on Tuesday, May 10, 2022 has approved issue of bonus shares in the ratio of 1:2 i.e. One new fully paid-up equity shares of Rs. 2/- each to be issued for every Two equity shares held, subject to approval of shareholders of the Company. Separate disclosure under Regulation 30 is being filed shortly.
