TD Power Systems Limited recommends final dividend of Rs. 3.50

The Board of Directors of TD Power Systems Limited at their meeting held today considered and recommended a final dividend of 35% i.e. Rs.3.50 per Equity Share of face value of Rs.10 each for the financial year ended March 31,2022. The said dividend, if declared at the ensuing Annual General Meeting {AGM) of the Company, will be paid within 30 days from the date of AGM.

Shares of TD Power Systems Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 348.05 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 349.50. The total number of shares traded during the day was 22320 in over 1260 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 375.50 and intraday low of 342.45. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 8107336.00.
