MEP Infrastructure Developers Ltd's signs concession agreement with NHAI

MEP Infrastructure Developers Ltd's step-down Subsidiary viz. Bhalaji Toll Road Private Limited (BTRPL) has signed the Contract Agreement on 9th May, 2022 with National Highways Authority of India ("NHAI") for the project of collection of user fee for GUABARI FEE PLAZA at km 243.00 from km 228.00 to km 254.500 from Salsalabari to West Bengal Assam Border Section of NH-31C in the state of West Bengal.

The NHAI has issued a Work Order dated 9th May, 2022 and as per the said Work Order, the commercial operation has commenced from today i.e. 10th May, 2022 at 08.00:00 hrs and the period of the said Contract is starting from 10th May, 2022 (08.00:00 hrs) to 10th August, 2022 (07.59:59 hrs) i.e. 3 (three) months or till the new agency is in place whichever is earlier.

Shares of MEP Infrastructure Developers Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 24.25 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 25.50. The total number of shares traded during the day was 115795 in over 250 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 25.05 and intraday low of 24.25. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 2821214.00.
