CMS Info Systems Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 1

The Board of Directors of CMS Info Systems Ltd at their meeting held on Monday, May 09, 2022 have recommended a final dividend of Rs. 1 i.e., 10% per equity share of face value of Rs. 10 each for financial year 2021-22, subject to approval of members of the company at the ensuing 15th AGM of the company.
