Thinkink Picturez Ltd board approves interim dividend of Rs. 0.10

The Board of Directors of Thinkink Picturez Ltd at their meeting held on May 09, 2022 have approved for the payment of 1st Interim Dividend of Rs. 0.10/- per Equity Share i.e. 2% on Face Value of Rs. 5/- per share, for the Financial Year 2021-22, amounting to Rs. 30 Lacs.

The Company has fixed May 20, 2022 as 'Record Date' for determining the eligibility of the Shareholders. The Interim Dividend will be paid within the stipulated timelines as prescribed under the Law.
