Cosmo Films Ltd to change name as Cosmo First Ltd

The Board of Directors of Cosmo Films Ltd at their meeting held on Monday, May 09, 2022 has approved the change in name of the Company from “Cosmo Films Limited” to “Cosmo First Limited” and consequent alteration in Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Company, subject to the approval of shareholders of the Company through postal ballot, Ministry of Corporate Affairs and such other applicable statutory / regulatory approvals; as may be required.

Shares of Cosmo Films Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1960.30 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 2027.60. The total number of shares traded during the day was 21182 in over 2757 trades.
