Premier Polyfilm Ltd board recommends dividend of Rs. 0.50

The Board of Directors of Premier Polyfilm Ltd at their meeting held on Monday, May 09, 2022 has recommended payment of Dividend @ Rs.0.50(Paise Fifty only) (i.e. 10%) per equity share of Rs.5/- each for the Financial year 2021-2022 subject to approval of the same by the Shareholders of the Company in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
