Siyaram Silk Mills Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 3.20

The Board of Directors of Siyaram Silk Mills Ltd at their meeting held on Saturday, May 07, 2022 has recommended payment of Final Dividend of Rs. 3.20 per Equity Share (160%) on the Equity Shares of Rs.2/- each (face value) for the year ended 31st March, 2022, subject to the approval of the Shareholders of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
