High Energy Batteries India Ltd recommends dividend of Rs. 15

The Board of Directors of High Energy Batteries India Ltd have recommended a Dividend of Rs. 15/- (Rupees Fifteen only) per Equity Share of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year 2021 - 2022. The Dividend, if approved by the Members at the Annual General Meeting to be held on Wednesday, the 29th June, 2022 will be paid, subject to deduction of tax at source by Tuesday, 5th July, 2022.
