The Board of directors of High Energy Batteries India Ltd has recommended to sub - divide the existing Equity shares of Rs. 10 /-(Ten) each fully paid up into Five Equity Shares of face value of Rs.2/- (Two) each fully paid up, subject to the regulatory / statutory approvals as may be required and the approval of the shareholders of the Company.
