Navin Fluorine International Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 6

The Board of Directors of Navin Fluorine International Ltd has recommended final dividend of Rs. 6/- per share of the face value of Rs. 2/- each (i.e., 300% of the face value) for the financial year 2021-2022 subject to approval of the Members of the Company at the forthcoming 24th Annual General Meeting to be held on July 27, 2022.

Friday, July 8, 2022 is fixed as Record Date for ascertaining eligibility for the payment of final dividend for the financial year 2021-2022, if declared. On declaration, the final dividend will be paid on or after Tuesday, August 2, 2022.
