Grindwell Norton Limited recommends dividend of Rs. 12

The Board of Directors of Grindwell Norton Limited have recommended a dividend of Rs. 12/- per equity share (240%) of Rs. 5/- each for the financial year 2021-22, subject to the approval of the Members at the ensuing AGM of the Company to be held on Friday, July 29, 2022.

The Dividend, if approved shall be paid / dispatched on the fourth day from the conclusion of 72nd AGM of the Company, subject to the approval of the Members ofthe Company.
