Shree Ganesh Remedies Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 0.50

The Board of Directors of Shree Ganesh Remedies Ltd at its meeting held today i.e. May 06, 2022 has recommended final dividend of Rs. 0.50/- per share of Rs. 10/- each (face value) for the year ended March 31, 2022 subject to approval of members in ensuing Annual General Meeting.
