The Board of Directors of Emerald Leasing Finance & Investment Company Limited in its meeting held on May 06, 2022, has approved the allotment of 50 (Fifty) Secured Unlisted Unrated Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (SRNCDs) ("Debentures") at a price of Rs. 1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Only) each for cash at par aggregating to Rs.50,00,000/- (Rupees Fifty Lacs Only) each to the identified subscriber on private placement basis.
