Alembic Ltd recommends dividend of Rs. 1.80

The Board of Directors of Alembic Ltd at their meeting held on Thursday, May 05,2022 have recommended Dividend of Rs. 1.80/- (90%) per Equity Share having face value of Rs. 2 each for the year ended 31st March, 2022, subject to approval of Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
