CEAT Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 3

The Board of Directors of CEAT Ltd at its meeting held on May 5, 2022, has considered and recommended Final Dividend of Rs. 3/- (Rupees Three only) per equity share i.e. 30% (Thirty percent) per equity share of Rs.10/- each fully paid up, for the financial year ended March 31, 2022, subject to the approval of the members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting, which will be paid/dispatched to the shareholders within 30 days of its declaration thereat. The Board meeting commenced at 2.30 p.m. and concluded at 6.00 p.m.

Shares of CEAT Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1090.25 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1083.55. The total number of shares traded during the day was 5463 in over 718 trades.
