Privi Speciality Chemicals recommends final dividend of Rs. 2

The Board of Directors of Privi Speciality Chemicals Limited at their meeting held on Thursday, May 05,2022 have recommended a Final Dividend of Rs. 2/- (20%) per Equity Share of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year ended March 31,2022, for approval of the Shareholders of the Company at the ensuing 37th Annual General Meeting.

The board has also fixed the Record date as Wednesday, September 21,2022, for determining entitlement of shareholders to receive the dividend for financial year ended March 31,2022. The Dividend, if approved by the Shareholders at the 37th Annual General Meeting, will be paid within 30 days from the date of 37th Annual Gerreral Meeting.

Shares of Privi Speciality Chemicals Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1785.15 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1888.30. The total number of shares traded during the day was 9082 in over 2249 trades.
