Aarnav Fashions Ltd approves interim dividend of Rs. 0.50

The Board of directors of Aarnav Fashions Ltd in its meeting held on May 05, 2022 i.e., today, has approved the payment of interim dividend for the financial year 2021-22 @ 5%, Rs. 0.50 per equity share of Rs. 10/- each.

The interim dividend declared will be paid to those shareholders, who hold shares in physical form and / or in electronic form and whose names appear in the Register of Members and / or Depositories respectively, as at the close of working hours on May 17, 2022, being the Record Date fixed by the Company for this purpose.
