Garware Technical Fibres Ltd recommends dividend of Rs. 7

The Board of Directors of Garware Technical Fibres Ltd at its meeting held today has recommended a Dividend of Rs. 7.00/- per share (70%) on 2,06,18,169 (Two Crores Six Lakhs Eighteen Thousand One Hundred Sixty Nine) Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each, for the financial year 2021-22, for approval by the Members of the Company at ensuing Annual General Meeting.

The total dividend for the year (subject to approval by the Shareholders of the Company at ensuing Annual General Meeting) would be Rs. 14,43,27,183/- (Rupees Fourteen Crores Forty Three Lakhs Twenty Seven Thousand One Hundred Eighty Three only). The Dividend will be paid within 30 days from the date it is approved by the Members at ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.

Shares of Garware Technical Fibres Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 3005.70 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 3035.30. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1263 in over 384 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 3048.60 and intraday low of 2957.85. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 3793934.00.
