Havells India Ltd Board recommends Final Dividend of Rs. 4.50

The Board of Directors of Havells India Ltd at its meeting held on May 04, 2022, has decided to recommend a Final Dividend @ Rs. 4.50 per equity share of Re. 1/- each in addition to the Interim Dividend of Rs. 3.00 per equity share Re. 1/- each already paid in October, 2021, amounting to a total dividend of Rs. 7.50 per equity share i.e. 750% for the financial year 2021-22.
