Solar Industries India Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 7.50

The Board of Directors of Solar Industries India Ltd at their meeting held on Tuesday, May 3, 2022 have, recommended a Final Dividend of Rs. 7.50 per equity share i.e. 375% on the face value of Rs. 2/- each for the financial year 2021-22 subject to approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.

The Board has fixed 30.05.2022 as the record date and the Register of Members and Share Transfer books of the Company will remain closed from 31.05.2022 to 10.06.2022 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of the Annual General Meeting & Final Dividend, if approved by the Members.

Shares of Solar Industries India Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 2931.90 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 2759.10. The total number of shares traded during the day was 3727 in over 1048 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 3009.05 and intraday low of 2723.80. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 10627637.00.
