CBI carries out search operations at D B Realty's subsidiary

Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has carried out searches on the premises of D B Realty Limited's wholly owned subsidiary M/s Neelkamal Realtors Tower Pvt. Ltd. ("NRTPL") and in relation thereto on Managing Directors of the Company viz. Mr. Vinod Goenka and Mr. Shahid Balwa on 30th April, 2022.

In this connection, it is understood that CBI is investigating financial transactions of NRTPL with DHFL and Indo Global Soft Solutions & Technologies Pvt. Ltd. & Mr. Sanjay Chhabria who were appointed as Development Managers for the development of NRTPL's project Orchid Heights by the erstwhile management of NRTPL which at the relevant time was being managed by IIRF Holdings VII Ltd. & Vistra ITCL (India) Ltd. (formerly known as IL&FS Trust Company Ltd.). NRTPL became a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company on 01st October, 2021. NRTPL & officials of the Company are extending full co-operation and information as required by the investigating agency.

Shares of D B Realty Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 88.80 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 89.85. The total number of shares traded during the day was 22350 in over 180 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 92.80 and intraday low of 87.55. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 2020422.00.
