Veranda Learning Solutions appoints new CFO

The Board of directors of Veranda Learning Solutions Limited at its meeting held on April 30, 2022 has appointed Mrs. Saradha Govindarajan, as Chief Financial Officer of the Company.

Mr. R. Rangarajan, has stepped down from the position of Chief Financial Officer of the company due to health reasons. However, he has consented to continue in his position till the time Mrs. Saradha Govindarajan, takes over and will continue with the company in a less demanding role subsequently.

Shares of Veranda Learning Solutions Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 277.35 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 252.15. The total number of shares traded during the day was 484159 in over 1887 trades.
