Sky Industries recommends final dividend of Rs. 1

The Board of Directors of the Sky Industries Limited (“Company”) at its Meeting held today i.e. April 30, 2022, has recommended the final Dividend of Re. 1/- per Equity Shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2022, subject to the approval of the Members of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
