The Board of Directors of Evexia Lifecare Ltd at its meeting held on Friday, 29t April, 2022, has considered and fixed the record date as Wednesday 25th May, 2022 for one(1) the eligibility of Shareholders, with regard to the Sub-Division of the equity Equity share of face value of Rs. 2/- (Rupees Two only) each into Two (2) shares of face value of Re. 1/- (Rupee One Only).
