Tanla Platforms Ltd Board recommends final dividend of Rs. 2

The Board of Directors of Tanla Platforms Limited recommended a final dividend of Rs. 2/- per equity share of Face Value Re. 1/- each (200%) for the financial year ended March 31, 2022, subject to approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting ('AGM') of the Company.
