HFCL Ltd Board recommends Dividend of Rs. 0.18

The Board of Directors of HFCL Ltd at its meeting held on April 29, 2022, has considered and recommended Dividend for the financial year 2021-22 @ 18%, i.e., Re. 0.18/- per equity share of face value Re. 1/- each, out of the Profits of the Company for the financial Year 2021-22, which shall be paid, subject to the approval of the shareholders in the ensuing Annual General meeting or other authorities, wherever required.
