Agro Tech Foods Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 3

The Board of Directors of Agro Tech Foods Ltd in their meeting held today have recommended a final dividend of Rs. 3/- per equity share for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2022, subject to the approval of shareholders. The dividend will be paid / dispatched within 30 days of the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing 35th Annual General Meeting.
