IndiaMART InterMESH Ltd Board approves final dividend of Rs. 2

The Board of Directors of IndiaMART InterMESH Ltd was held today i.e., Thursday, April 28, 2022, recommended a final dividend of Rs. 2 per equity share of face value of Rs. 10 each for the Financial Year 2021-22 (20% of the face value), subject to the approval of the shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting ('AGM').

The dividend will be paid within 30 days from the date of declaration of the final dividend, if approved by the shareholders. The book closure date for the purpose of the payment of final dividend and AGM date will be announced in due course.

Shares of Indiamart Intermesh Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 4837.30 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 4982.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 7122 in over 1479 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 5044.00 and intraday low of 4815.70. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 35240048.00.
