Sterlite Technologies Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 0.50

The Board of Directors of Sterlite Technologies Limited (the "Company"), at its meeting held today i.e. on April 28, 2022, has approved the recommendation of final dividend of 25% (Rs. 0.50/- per Equity Share of Rs. 2/- each of the Company) for approval by the shareholders of the Company. The final dividend, if declared at the Annual General Meeting (the "AGM") will be paid within the statutory time limits.

Shares of Sterlite Technologies Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 214.35 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 219.60. The total number of shares traded during the day was 83627 in over 1541 trades.
