Bajaj Finserv Ltd recommends dividend of Rs. 4

The Board of Directors of Bajaj Finserv Ltd has approved / recommended a dividend at the rate Rs. 4 per share (80%) of face value of Rs. 5 each on equity shares for the financial year ended 31 March 2022. The said dividend, if declared, by the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting, will be credited / dispatched on 1 August 2022 and/or 2 August 2022.

The Dividend, if declared, shall be paid to the equity shareholders whose names appear on the Register of Members of the Company or in the records of the Depositories as beneficial owners of the shares as on Friday, 1 July 2022, which is the Record Date fixed for the purpose.
