Kirloskar Pneumatic Company recommends final dividend of Rs. 2.40

The Board of Directors of Kirloskar Pneumatic Company Limited at its Meeting also held on April 28, 2022 have recommended a final dividend of 120% (Rs.2.40 per equity share) for the Financial Year 2021-22, subject to approval of members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting and shall be paid through National Electronic Clearing System (NECS) or vide dividend warrants, as the case may be. The Dividend, if approved by the Shareholders shall be paid on or after July 20, 2022.
