Prem Somani Financial Services Ltd is now Ace Engitech Ltd

The Company name has been changed from Prem Somani Financial Services Limited" to "Ace Engitech Limited" after approving by the office of Registrar of Companies, Rajasthan, Jaipur vides its letter dated April 27, 2022.

The Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Company will also be amended, after getting approval of the shareholders and other necessary approvals, to give effect to the name change and to bring the Memorandum and Articles of Association in line with the provisions of Companies Act, 2013.
