Capacitꞌe Infraprojects board approves fund raising through convertible warrants

The Board of Directors of Capacitꞌe Infraprojects Limited at its meeting held today i.e., 28 April, 2022, has considered and approved the raising of funds through Issue and allotment of 31,00,000 warrants convertible into equivalent number of equity shares of the face value of Rs.10/- each to Mr. Rahul Ramnath Katyal (Promoter) and Ms. Sakshi Rohit Katyal jt. Mr. Rohit R. Katyal (Promoter Group) on Preferential basis ("Preferential Issue") at price of Rs.160 each warrant (Including premium of Rs.150)

Each warrant is convertible into 1 Equity Share and the conversion can be exercised at any time within a period of 18 months from the date of allotment, in one or more tranches, as the case may be and on such other terms and conditions as applicable.

Shares of Capacit'e Infraprojects Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 136.75 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 135.80. The total number of shares traded during the day was 21359 in over 678 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 137.80 and intraday low of 134.35. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 2905184.00.
