BLS International Services Ltd fixes record date for bonus issue

The Business and Finance Committee of BLS International Services Ltd in its meeting held today i.e. on April 27, 2022 has fixed Tuesday, May 17, 2022 as the 'Record Date', for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of shareholders entitled for issuance of Bonus Equity Shares of the Company in the proportion of 1 (One) Equity Shares of Re. 1/- each for every 1 (one) existing Equity Share of Re. 1/- each, subject to the approval of shareholders of the company on issue of bonus shares in the ensuing EGM to be held on Monday, May 09, 2022.

Shares of BLS International Services Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 336.15 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 345.50. The total number of shares traded during the day was 25277 in over 1361 trades.
