Indian Energy Exchange Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 1

The Board of Directors have recommended final dividend of Re. 1/-per equity share having face value of Re. 1/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2022. The dividend will be paid within 30 days from the date of shareholder's approval at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
