Apcotex Industries Ltd Board recommends Final Dividend of Rs. 3

The Board of Directors of Apcotex Industries Ltd at its meeting held today i.e. on 27th April 2022, has approved and recommended payment of final Dividend @ Rs. 3/- per equity share of the face value of Rs.2/- each for the financial year ended 31st March 2022, subject to approval of shareholders at the ensuing 36th Annual General Meeting.
