D-Link India Ltd recommends final dividend of Rs. 3

The board of directors of D-Link (India) Ltd have recommended for final dividend of Rs. 3/- (i.e. 150%) per equity share, face value of Rs. 2/- each for the financial year 2021-22 subject to approval of the members in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.

Shares of D-Link (India) Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 146.05 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 142.85. The total number of shares traded during the day was 22297 in over 913 trades.
