AGI Infra gets approval for group housing project

AGI Infra Ltd has obtained License No. LDC/CTC (Pb.)/2021/08 to develop a group housing project under Affordable Housing Policy of Punjab namely "AGI Sky Garden-II" situated at Village Khajurla (H.B. No.82) Tehsil Phagwara, District Kapurthala., Punjab. The construction of flats 520 3BHK and 52 1BHK is being done under this project. The project has got registered in Punjab Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) Vide Registration No. PBRERA-KPT40-PR0767 and the company has started the construction of this project and the project is expected to complete within 3 years.

Shares of AGI Infra Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 274.95 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 269.05. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1199 in over 50 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 279.00 and intraday low of 263.60. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 327873.00.
